1.Is it true that renting laptops or PCs is more expensive than buying?

Rental isn’t always expensive — it offers great value for short-term needs. You save on upfront costs, get the latest tech, and enjoy support and flexibility. Ideal for projects, events, or temporary use.

6.How can I rent a PC/laptop through your service?

Orders are typically confirmed via email or phone call or whatsapp. The confirmation process includes the following requirements:

• A valid KYC document for address proof, such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Driving License.

• Payment of one month's rental in advance, along with a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rental amount.

2.What happen if I lose my data during the repairing of the product incase of a default ?

We strongly recommend maintaining a daily backup of your data, as we do not take responsibility for data loss under our repair policy.

4.Does the rental support include protection against viruses?

Antivirus support is not included in the standard rental package. However, antivirus software can be provided and installed on your system upon request for an additional fee.

3.Is it possible to cancel my order before the contract period ?

Both the parties (customer/vendor) have right to terminate the contract/order by giving 30 days prior notice.

5.Am I responsible if the equipment is lost or damaged during the rental period?

If the laptop/PC or peripheral is stolen or damaged beyond repair, the full replacement value will be charged.

Rental charges will stop once you notify us of the incident. At that point, payment for the equipment becomes due. If payment is not received, rental fees will continue until the full settlement is made.

Please note, no discounts will be applied based on prior rental payments or the age of the equipment.
